Paneer is liked by everyone. Many people complain that their paneer gets spoilt quickly even after keeping it in the fridge. Some people say that keeping paneer changes the taste, while some people’s paneer turns hard.
Today in this article we are going to telling you how to store paneer for a long time. The freshness of the paneer will remain intact.
Know 3 ways to store paneer:
1- Keep paneer in water– If you want to store paneer for 1-2 days then the simplest way is to put paneer in a vessel or box and fill it with water. Now keep the paneer inside the fridge. Make sure that the paneer is completely submerged in water. If the paneer is not immersed in water then it will become hard.
2- Keep the paneer in salted water– If you want to keep the paneer fresh throughout the week, then you store it in another way. For this, take water in a bowl and put a teaspoon of salt in it. Now put the paneer in this water. It should be completely submerged in the water. You keep it covered. Change the bowl and water again after 2 days. You have to change the water after every 2 days throughout the week. By storing this way, paneer can last for 7-10 days.
3- Keep the paneer in a zip bag– In this way you can store the paneer for a month. First, cut it into pieces. Now keep these pieces in a tray and keep them inside the freezer. When the paneer becomes hard as ice, put it in a zip bag and keep it in the freezer. Whenever you want to use paneer, take it out of the freezer and keep it outside. Now put the paneer in lukewarm water. Paneer will become very soft. You can use paneer in this way for the whole month.
