Palace where women scream heard. Yes, you read it, located in Delhi ridge on Bistdari road near Delhi Earth Station, this palace was constructed by Firuz Shah Tughlaq in 1600 A.D.
One of the mysterious things about the palace is that they hear strange noise from inside the palace which includes a cry of a woman in pain. Locals believe that it is begum Wilayat Mahal’s cry who committed suicide out of several mental trauma which includes, leaving her kids alone. The kids however mysteriously disappeared after their mother’s death.
It is said that her body was rested in the palace for 10 days and her kids mourned over her in the mysterious spot.
Locals also reported that reporters including travelers lured by the tales entered the palace and each time they returned experiencing spooky occurrences.
However, the exact reason is not known to anyone. Some say the extra possessive nature of the princess did not allow anyone to get hold of the palace.
