Bhubaneswar: Following the recommendation of the departmental standing committee, the Higher Education department has started the process for establishment of women’s college in each sub-division of the state.
Higher Education additional secretary Prasanta Kumar Rath Wednesday wrote to higher education director seeking detailed information about the number of women’s colleges in sub-divisions and whether they are aided or not.
The standing committee has recommended for bringing all women’s colleges into the grant-in fold.
